I have been trying to speed up my blog loading time since some of regular readers are saying that it is loading slowly.
To my amazement that the other 4 blogs that I regularly visit everyday have a faster load time compared to rajawang.com(much faster). Maybe the type of hosting plays a part here since I am on the cheapest available hosting plan from eternalsolutions compared to other semi or dedicated server. WTF, 4.13 seconds!
Number of ads
Put some ads but make sure that the loading time of your web site should not increase with image size otherwise the visitors will try to browse other websites while your webpage is still loading. For me, the nufflets ads are the main culprit for the loading time and I decided to put it out for the time being.
You can check your website speed test here. Hopefully your load time will be speedier than mine.

Compared to previous speed, i think now it load much faster. But i guess the different is only by 1.05 or 2 seconds than before. Hey, mybloglog widget can slow your speed upload too. I’ve change mine into 1 row. And it works for me..
Another thing, I can see there are some Database error coding on top of your header. Let me put it here:-
(WordPress database error: [Data too long for column ‘username’ at row 1]
INSERT INTO wp_useronline VALUES (’guest_Increase Traffic’,)

If your web hosting costs you around RM200-300 a year, chances are that it’s a shared basis. Perhaps I’m wrong. Dividing the yearly price to 12 months, I doubt how an average of RM20 monthly web hosting fee is enough to cover the cost of server hardware, bandwidth, co-location and even the unlimited mailbox account offered. That is barely enough for a McD set.

I would also recommend this online free tool: http://Site-Perf.com/
It measure loading speed of page and it’s requisites (images/js/css) like browsers do and shows nice detailed chart - so you can easily spot bottlenecks.
Also very useful thing is that this tool is able to verify network quality of your server (packet loss level and ping delays).
