Withdrawing Paypal funds via Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card is a breeze.
Since withdrawing funds from paypal is made available to Malaysians (albeit to only two cards e.g Al Radjhi and Public Bank visa cards) I have been looking for free time to register it. And since there is only Public Bank in Sabah, I decided to apply for their Visa Electron Debit Card. I already made 3 successful withdrawal from paypal so far and I can personally tell you that it was a wonderful experience! 
4 easy steps to withdraw your paypal money to your visa debit card:
First step - choose withdraw funds to your debit card
Second Step - enter your amount to withdraw
Third Step - Confirm your withdrawal
Last Step - Wait
The standard processing time is 4 days for the amount to show up in my debit card account. Of course it helps if you already registered your online banking service in pbebank.com, so that you can easily tracked the transaction without waiting for the monthly statement. The processing fee is USD5 per withdrawal so it is better to withdraw when the amount is more than USD100.

Yep, it is a breeze..I also use PB VisaElectron to withdraw my itsy-bitsy PayPal money…I still cannot wait until $100 to withdraw…mainly because I only have little fund in my PayPal…Good for you rajawang because you can get more than $100 every month…

I think the daily limit is USD500, so it’s best to wait till it reaches that amount before withdrawing. Speaking from personal experience

kau serious kah ni baru sekarang kau dapat withdraw dari PBB? Kau baru register? adehh… sia betul2 ingat lama sudah kau. sia tekajut ni.
Sia since October 07 where I really did it at Public Bank Lido Penampang. Here the story if you wanna check: Paypal money is in my hand.
Yes daily limit is usd$500 only. I did it once in 2 weeks. anything so frequent will get email and probably they will call u.. like what happen to JACQ.
So, now sioklah kan. I even use the visa debit card for buying things in Servay. hahaha siok betul lah.

Nimdrodjo- hehe but the waiting for each paypal payment from widgetbucks, shoppingads etc is making me itchy hands every month..better late then never.

Papajoneh - Actually lama sudah tau (I comment in your post too), tapi baru April dapat cari masa register n dapat tu card dari PBB. Ko taula orang busy ja memanjang ni- Monday to Sunday pun kerja like you too..I buy at Sunny Supermarket only dekat with my workplace.

Rajawang, I’ve been trying to link my PBB dbt card with paypal but it seems that it always failed. The system keep on asking me to update, but when i does, it says that paypal cannot confirm and i need to key in the number stated in statement. The prob is, there are none in the statement, so where the hell i’m gonna get this number required by paypal?
Anyway, just want to trash out my feelings towards paypal. Sorry for the long comment.
